Cancellation Policy:

Orders are confirmed for printing typically 1-3 hours after they are placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment. With that said, your order is only eligible to be cancelled or modified within 1-3 hours after placing the order. After that timeframe, the order is fixed for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified from your original submission.

Return & Refund Policy:

All items are made to order. Meaning that when you place an order, we print that item(s) personally, just for you. And because of the items’ nature, we will not accept any return or exchange requests for any reason because our products are customized and printed on a demand basis.

If you are unhappy with your order due to any defects, damage, wrong item, or printing quality issues, please contact me at [email protected]. Our policy lasts 20-days from the delivery date. If the 20-day period has expired, we can no longer offer you a replacement or refund.

To file a claim, don’t hesitate to contact me at [email protected] and include the following information: order number, photo of defective product, and a full delivery address.

If the problem is a significant one, then we will send you a replacement within a reasonable timeframe, and the original product can be kept at the customers disposal.
